Douglas Wolfire is founder and president of MadWolf Technologies, a 12-year old IT services firm in the heart of Washington, D.C., dedicated to delivering value to organizations at the intersection of policy and technology.  Since beginning his career as a programmer in the summer of 1978, Mr. Wolfire has brought his years of experience in data processing to his professional engagements with a keen focus to improving all qualified business information systems through the applicable use of technology. His wide range of systems experience spans many sectors including coal and nuclear utilities, environmental decisions support systems, steel manufacturing, C4I, and Development Banking. 

Doug Wolfire played a key role in the development of iComply, a product formerly owned by Robert Lotstein, that analyzed state and federal mortgage banking laws and regulations. iComply was subsequently purchased by Thomson Reuters and incorporated into Westlaw’s Compliance Advisor.
